Every precaution is taken to ensure that the product reaches the consumer in the same condition that it leaves the factory. No responsibility is accepted after delivery of frozen goods where temperature management is no longer under our control. Please ensure that frozen products are promptly cooked or placed in the freezer after delivery. Frozen products that have been allowed to thaw should not be refrozen.
The Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008) promotes a fair, accessible and sustainable marketplace for consumer products and services and promotes responsible consumer behavior. This Act protects the supplier and the consumer. Further, theElectronic Communications and Transactions Act (Act 25 of 2002) allows a general right to return for 7 days but the consumer must pay the costs to return the goods.
All goods must be returned in the original packaging. It is recommended that photographic and chronological evidence is recorded for investigative purposes.
